Melanie Brueggemann

Melanie is the Operations Manager at Vital Planning Group, where she oversees the operations team and helps ensure smooth client onboarding and efficient day-to-day processes across the firm. She works closely with advisors and team members to support clients while continuously improving systems and workflows so the firm can grow alongside the families they serve.

 

She has a strong background in investments and financial planning. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Controller for a major retailer overseeing high-volume districts and distribution centers. Her operational experience and attention to detail make her a key pillar in maintaining the systems and processes that support the team and clients.

 

Melanie lives in Hoboken with her husband and son. She enjoys participating in community events and supporting charitable causes.
