Insurance Operations Coordinator
Heather oversees insurance underwriting and processing for the firm. She works closely with clients, advisors, and professional partners to guide policies through underwriting and supports the servicing of existing insurance policies, helping ensure a smooth experience from application through ongoing coverage.
She graduated from Florida State College and has over six years of experience in the financial industry along with more than ten years of administrative experience. She previously supported a team of advisors and holds her Life, Health, and Accident insurance license.
Heather is an avid runner who has completed several marathons. She lives in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband and their pets, and enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active.
