She also tracks business analytics and KPIs to help guide growth and support long-term strategy.
As one of the firm's earliest team members, she helped build the operational systems and processes that support both advisors and clients. She works closely with the operations team to ensure a high level of service and continued growth.
Prior to joining Vital Planning Group, Dorlis spent over ten years in retail leadership managing teams and marketing initiatives. She later entered the financial industry as a fully licensed Financial Advisor before focusing her career on marketing, operations, and building strong business infrastructure.
